 Our mission is to help seniors live confidently and age gracefully in their own homes for as long as possible. We also want to help reduce the caregiver stress level and help allow them to have a life of their own. With a large number of family caregivers in the workplace or living out of the area, there is a growing need for professional, non-medical caregivers to provide or supplement the care normally given by family caregivers.

 Heart and Hands Homecare provides non-medical, in-home care services to seniors who want to remain in their homes but need assistance with their personal activities of daily living through our kind, loving and compassionate caregivers.

Our Caregivers are dedicated to providing companionship, supervision, assistance along with comfort, caring and love. We do this by only hiring the best available caregivers who demonstration compassion and dedication along with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Our Caregivers are available for a few hours a day/week or 24 hours a day, 7 days week. Heart and Hands Homecare will customize the plan of care and schedule to meet the needs of each client. Lastly, we are well respected in Northern Utah and especially in Cache County.

We are referred by most of the local Home Medical Agencies, hospitals and senior services in the area. You can feel good about selecting Heart and Hands Homecare to serve you and your family needs.
