Heart and Hands Homecare provides non-medical, in-home care services to seniors who want to remain in their homes but need assistance with their personal activities of daily living through our kind, loving and compassionate caregivers.

Our Caregivers are dedicated in providing companionship, supervision, and assistance along with comfort, caring and love. We do this by hiring only the best available caregivers who demonstration compassion and dedication along with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Our Caregivers are available for a few hours a day/week or 24 hours a day, 7 days week. Heart and Hands Homecare will customize the plan of care and schedule to meet the needs of each client. Lastly, we are well respected in Northern Utah and especially in Cache County.
